SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) made electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality, and has been designated the vehicle of choice for Engineering, Financial, and Program Management contractor support services by the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR). SeaPort-e not only increases efficiency, but also allows services to be customized according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions.

SMS Data Products Group, Inc. has been awarded a prime contract for Zone 2 under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) program. SeaPort-e is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that provides for a consistent procurement process that allows a Navy-wide leveraging of buying power, improved business intelligence and reduced cycle times.
