Although good security begins with a good security policy, SMS's strengths lie in providing the systems and engineers with the ability to implement that policy and report on policy violations. Our Security Specialists have designed, implemented and operated high-capacity firewalls, intrusion detection systems and virtual private networks (VPNs) for large military and government networks. In addition, all of SMS's active network designs include an in-depth security review by our Security Specialists. These same engineers are on call and can respond to and handle any special security situation. Our Security Specialists routinely and actively manage, trouble shoot and secure large enterprise networks.
