SMS Re-certified for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard

McLean, VA | March 15, 2021 – SMS announced today it has achieved re-certification of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Standard. The ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that provides a framework for businesses to consistently provide services and products that lead to customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continual improvement.

After initially obtaining the ISO 9001:2008 standard in 2008, SMS updated to the ISO 9001:2015 standard in 2018 and, with the completion of this audit performed by an independent registrar, continue to demonstrate a commitment to quality for their customers and employees.
