What 10 hours buys you.

A focused engagement that ends with something you can act on.

Architecture review

Your current state mapped — workloads, dependencies, and the gaps that matter.

Security & compliance posture

Where you stand against your target framework, and what's exposed today.

Cost findings

Specific, dollar-figured savings — not a vague promise to "optimise spend".

Migration readiness score

An honest read on what a move would involve, before you commit to one.

A written report

Yours to keep whatever you decide, and written so you can act on it.

A working session

Real engineering time with the person who would do the work, not a sales pitch.

Who runs your Accelerator.

A senior SMS engineer with an active U.S. security clearance, often a veteran, who has done this across regulated, federal-grade environments. The person who assesses your environment is the same calibre of engineer who would do the work, not a sales rep.

Sound familiar?

You're about to migrate

And you want to know exactly what you're walking into before you commit budget and people.

Your AWS bill keeps climbing

And no one can tell you exactly why — or which line items you could safely cut.

An audit is coming

And you're not certain you'd pass. Better to find the gaps now than have an assessor find them.

Accelerator FAQ

What exactly do I get?

An architecture review with your current state mapped and gaps identified, a security and compliance posture assessment against your target framework, dollar-figured cost findings, and a migration readiness score — delivered as a written report you keep, plus a working session with the engineer.

What does it cost?

The Accelerator is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement, so there are no open-ended hours or surprise invoices. You'll know the exact figure before you book — no commitment beyond the Accelerator itself.

Do I have to commit to anything afterward?

No. The report is yours to keep whatever you decide. If you want us to do the work it describes, we'd be glad to — but there's no obligation to continue.

Who actually runs it?

A senior SMS engineer with an active U.S. security clearance — often a veteran — who has done this across regulated environments. The person assessing your cloud is the kind of person who would do the work, not a sales engineer.

What if we're not on AWS yet?

That's fine — and often the best time to do this. If you're still planning a move, the Accelerator maps the right path for your workloads before you commit to a platform or an approach.

How soon can we start?

Usually within a week of your booking. Submit the form and an engineer will reach out within one business day to schedule it around your team.
