Celebrating a Decade as a Washington Post Top Workplace

SMS’ DC Metro employees recently gathered to celebrate being voted a Washington Post Top Workplace for the 10th consecutive year! This honor is especially humbling as it comes directly from our employees’ votes.

Hosted by President & CEO Matt Rosecan, the celebration filled his home with employees ranging from new hires of just one week to individuals who have worked for SMS for over three decades. The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues from various locations throughout the DC area, as well as several employees visiting from Texas (Scott Darwin and Conroy Watson) and Ohio (Gabe Robertson). We were fortunate to be able to also celebrate Scott Darwin’s retirement! This anniversary is a testament to the enduring strength of our culture and the dedication of every employee who makes SMS a remarkable place to work.
