Mr. Rosecan has been with SMS for over 15 years and brings an extensive and diverse background to this new role.  He began with SMS in human resources, recruiting, and quality management, and then transitioned into business development with a focus on technology sales as well as operations. During his tenure, Matthew has helped advance the company’s business strategy and has led strong teams into new Federal Civilian accounts. He earned his undergraduate degree at NYU and is currently finishing his MBA at George Washington University.
