Originally registered under the standard in 2008, SMS fosters an environment of continuous improvement and focuses on quality in all aspects of its work. An independent accrediting body, QMI SAI Global, found no deficiencies in SMS’s adherence to the ISO 9001:2008 model. SMS is scheduled for complete ISO re-registration, required every 3 years, in December 2010.
SMS’s overall quality management system, which includes the ISO 9001:2008 framework, demonstrates the company’s ability to consistently deliver services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Customer satisfaction is enhanced through the effective application of the system.
