SMS held an Appreciation Happy Hour to thank our regional employees for once again voting the company a Washington Post Top Workplace. The event was hosted at SMS’ President and CEO Matt Rosecan’s home and well-attended by both contract and headquarters employees from the Greater Washington Metro area.
2024 marks the ninth consecutive year SMS has been recognized as a Top Workplace by The Washington Post. Selection for this award is based on employee responses to an third-party survey conducted by Energage, whose Top Workplaces program has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees and recognizing the top organizations across 60 markets.
