We are excited to recognize Coury Gladden with May’s President’s Award. Coury is the newest purchasing team member, joining in March, and has quickly made an impact, including passing the challenging Palo Alto Hardware Firewall Sales Product Specialist test. In addition, her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first approach have made her a valuable addition to SMS headquarters, and we look forward to her continued growth and contributions. SMS recognizes Moussaddaq “Moose” Zoheir and Hassan Koroma with our April President’s Award for demonstrating technical excellence and mission-first ownership. Under intense time constraints, Moose led the installation and dressing of more than 350 CAT6A shielded cables, developing innovative solutions that prevented bottlenecks, saved time and reduced testing failures and rework. Additionally, Hassan, known for his precision in fiber termination, maintained exceptional quality while working at a rapid pace and proactively identified issues before they became costly problems. Both employees consistently went above and beyond when milestones were at risk, helping keep the project ahead of schedule for our long-time customer and setting a high standard for quality and workmanship.
