Congratulations to the third quarter 2025 President’s Award recipients, Victor Bravo Chuico, Glenn Hackett, and Rachael Johnson!
SMS is thrilled to recognize Victor Bravo Chuico with July’s President’s Award for his expertise, professionalism, and team-focused approach. He has received strong praise from our customer for creating a document that presented a complex process with excellent attention to detail in a user-friendly format, tracked down a fix for a BitLocker encryption issue and shared it with the entire team. Victor joined SMS in February and has become an integral part of the Air Force team as a Tier II Technical Support Specialist.
SMS is excited to recognize Glenn Hackett with August’s President’s Award. Glenn has supported our customer at the Pentagon as a Unified Communications Engineer for nearly fifteen years. In August, our customer sent SMS leadership a detailed communication commending Glenn for going above and beyond, describing in detail his professional and focused approach to understanding, communicating, and resolving our customer’s problem. After the customer opened a ticket, Glenn called to confirm the request, offered clear options for how the team could best address the need, provide detailed updates, and follow up at closure. That small final step, as the customer described, ensured there were no loose ends that could require the ticket to be reopened.
We applaud Rachael’s Johnson’s contributions to SMS and our Air Force customer with September’s President’s Award. Rachael earned the ISACA CISM certification in September—a significant achievement that illustrates her expertise in information security and her commitment to professional development. This accomplishment underscores her valuable contributions to both our customer and SMS. In just two and a half years with SMS supporting our Air Force contract, Rachael has consistently demonstrated leadership through her steady, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges. Rachael has been instrumental in making our cybersecurity team an exceptional unit that is integral to the base’s security posture.
