Migration FAQ

How long does a typical migration take?

Most production migrations run 8 to 16 weeks, depending on the number of workloads, their dependencies, and your compliance requirements. You get a firm scope and timeline after the assessment, before any work begins.

What's included in the 10-Hour Accelerator?

An architecture review with your current state mapped and gaps identified, a security and compliance posture assessment, dollar-figured cost-optimisation findings, and a migration readiness score. You receive a written report and a working session with the engineer.

Do you work with non-AWS environments?

Yes. While much of our work is on AWS, we assess and migrate across major cloud platforms and hybrid setups. If you're not on the cloud yet, the assessment is where we map the right path for your workloads.

How do you handle compliance for regulated workloads?

Compliance is built into the architecture from day one rather than bolted on at the end. Controls live in the infrastructure code, evidence is generated as part of how we build, and we map to the frameworks your industry depends on, including HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and SOC 2, so audit readiness is part of daily operations.

What does this cost?

A full migration is scoped to your environment, so cost depends on what's involved. The lowest-risk way to find out is the 10-Hour Accelerator: a fixed-scope, fixed-price starting point that tells you what the work would take before you commit to anything larger.
