McLean, VA, July 15, 2026 — SMS Data Products Group, Inc. (SMS) announced today it has been awarded small business Task Orders 5 and 6 under the U.S. Air Force’s $8.75 billion Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Through these 5-year task orders, valued at a combined $93 million, SMS will deliver network modernization and operational support services across 10 Air National Guard installations nationwide. The effort will advance the Department of the Air Force’s transition to standardized, enterprise-wide IT capabilities through an as-a-Service delivery model, strengthening network performance, integration, and operational efficiency through a modernized, streamlined architecture.
