This certification describes an integrated set of management processes, which form a service management system for the effective delivery of services to its customers and employees. To achieve this recertification, SMS demonstrated that its IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, policies, and metrics adhere to the ISO 20000 standard and effectively support the service management system. An independent, accredited auditor representative from SAI-Global conducted the audit.
