SMS’ Washington, DC–area team celebrated spring—and COO John Ladd’s final week at SMS—with a happy hour in Crystal City, Arlington. The gathering took place just blocks from the Pentagon, where SMS has supported customers for decades and where John previously served as a Government employee before joining SMS in 1999. It was an opportunity to bring colleagues together, recognize John’s decades of service and dedication, and wish him all the best in the next chapter.
