JASON COLE – Service Delivery Manager of the Year
As SMS’ Program Manager for a critical Army Cloud customer, Jason provided outstanding leadership for our team and received numerous accolades from our customers, including personal recognition from the Director of the Program for his expertise in metrics leadership and development. Jason built substantial trust with our customer, contributing to the growth of our contract and an excellent reputation within the Army.

LAURALEEN ARAGON – “Linh Pham” Team Player of the Year
Since stepping into the Deputy Site Manager role, Laura has demonstrated a keen ability to shift priorities at a moment’s notice, allowing her to manage numerous requirements and responsibilities at once. Laura is always aware of what tasks and work items she needs to accomplish and consistently provides value to the administration of the contract. She has refined her ability to articulate requirements and issues to our government customers and is an indispensable asset for both the customers and SMS HQ.

ROBERT STEWART – Engineer of the Year 
Although Rob works on multiple projects at any given time, he consistently volunteers for new challenges and often worked on implied needs through completion. Rob orchestrated the entire implementation of Gitlab, DocuWiki, and upgrades to Gruntwork, all of which are significant efforts in both time and value. He excels at leading the technical team, drafting and reviewing entire requirements with little guidance from the customer, and contributing to SMS’ success.

ASUQUO EMA – Administrative Excellence of the Year 
Asuquo is indispensable in managing the financial aspects of our IDIQ contracts, each with numerous task orders, and dozens of projects within the task orders. He handles them with ease because of his attention to detail, ability to multitask, and training and experience in Government Contract Accounting. With his can-do attitude, Asuquo always ensures invoices are submitted in a timely manner with appropriate backup, approved by customer within reasonable timeframe, and payments are received within terms.

ANNA ANDERSON – Business Development Executive of the Year 
Anna has a unique ability to collaborate and communicate with our internal Service Delivery Teams and customers alike, which led to her receiving this prestigious award for the third consecutive year. Her persistence and initiative with customer and partner relationships is exemplary. Anna was instrumental in two significant awards for SMS in 2022, an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) with a new customer and a strategic program supporting enterprise cloud initiatives.
